I have been a new patient of Dr Rafizad. I have known him for over a year and a half. He is quite exceptional with the way he handles his Clients. I have had extensive surgeries in my back and the other pain management doctors threw their hands up and wanted to continue my Percocet regiment. Dr Rafizad goes beyond that with different treatments and different ways to help his patients for the benefit of them and healing. Excellent job

I saw Dr Rafizad for 1 year in which he was providing the incorrect treatment. The recommended treatment was listed on the paperwork from my surgeon, but Rafizad decided to do something differently which didn’t work and he didn’t make me feel reassured as to why he chose that treatment. He also prescribed pain medication that caused interactions threatening to my health and he ignored my concerns of the side effects for months saying it’s “unrelated”.
In addition to the ongoing struggles and being experimented on with multiple procedures, the unprofessionalism of their staff caused me enormous amounts of stress. They lack communication leaving important instructions unaddressed and often blame the patient unfairly. The women in charge of billing, personally related to Dr Rafizad, treated me with no kindness, respect, or empathy. I had to hang up calls due to anxiety attacks caused by her yelling at me while being unable to explain why I was billed incorrectly multiple times. I put trust in this doctor but it turns out I wasted an entire year. My new doctor treated me per my surgeons original referral and I’m finally pain free! This new doctor was entirely confused and appalled at Rafizads course of treatment.

Dr. Rifizad has helped me with my pain.

I’ve been attending the care of this Dr for over 20 years. I’ve never had a doctor to care so much deeply about his patient like this one does we have a unique relationship? He’s not only my doctor. He’s my friend. He’s a very good doctor. He cares about his patience more than just his practice and I’m so thankful to God that he has blessed me with the knowledge and a comfort of his practice. This was our first meeting, and I appreciated Dr. Rafizad’s thoughtful and thorough approach to diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable, reasonable, and took the time to explain things clearly. I also had a very positive experience with the office staff; the entire visit, from scheduling the appointment to completing the paperwork, was handled efficiently and professionally.

Reza Mahrou is a brilliant, informed and compassionate physician. He always takes the time to listen to my latest clinical history and make adjustments without judgment. Although I am happy with the doctor. I am very unhappy with their billing practices. In the 5 years I've been a patient, doc won't even call you for a telehealth appt. until you pay, let alone an office visit that I paid at the time of service. I've gotten 3 calls stating I need to pay an outstanding balance, which I've paid 3 months after a visit. Done being ripped off. Bye Bye

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mahrou for about seven years now. As a cancer survivor who deals with ongoing health issues, I’ve seen many doctors over the years — and he is truly the best. Dr. Mahrou is the only doctor who genuinely listens. He lets me describe exactly how my pain feels and never rushes me.
He always takes the time to explain every treatment option and recommends what he truly believes is best for my condition. His care, attention, and patience mean more than I can express.

Dr. Mahmoud is kind and patient. He really listens to your concerns and wants to make you feel better. I had an injection without sedation and it was great! I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain.
